Dr. Phoenix Wong

Registered Chiropractor
Dr. Phoenix Wong is a registered, evidence-based chiropractor with credentials in Canada, Australia, and Hong Kong. She is also a former national athlete who has proudly competed in countless international competitions, including the Asian Games and World Aquatics Championships. Dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health, Dr. Phoenix provides safe, effective, and natural chiropractic care tailored to individual needs. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, Dr. Phoenix is proud to serve Toronto's diverse community with a commitment to excellence and personalized care.

Dr. Adeline Geng
DC, BMSc
Registered Chiropractor
Dr. Adeline Geng is a bilingual, evidence-based chiropractor fluent in English and Mandarin. With additional training in pedorthics, she specializes in gait analysis, lower limb biomechanics, and foot function — helping patients correct movement imbalances and prevent injury from the ground up. Alongside her clinical work, Dr. Adeline serves as a sideline therapist for the Ontario Player Development League (OPDL), providing on-field assessment, acute care, and injury management for competitive youth athletes. Her experience in both clinical and athletic settings enables her to deliver precise, effective care for all ages and all activity levels.

Timothy Kwan
MScPT, HBSc
Registered Physiotherapist
Timothy Kwan is a bilingual physiotherapist fluent in English and Cantonese, with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. He takes an evidence-based, goal-focused approach combining manual therapy, patient education, and personalized exercise programs to help patients move better and recover safely. With a background in basketball, swimming, and distance running, including recent race events, Timothy understands the demands of sport and focuses on functional, movement-based rehabilitation.

Viola ShukChing Wong

Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner
Registered Acupuncturist
Viola Wong, a registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Acupuncturist with CTCMPAO and the Chinese Medicine Council of Hong Kong, brings over a decade of experience treating diverse patients in Hong Kong. Holding a Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine, she is further distinguished by certifications in pain management, oncology, pediatrics, psychiatry, facial acupuncture, and gynecology. Viola’s expertise and dedication ensure personalized, high-quality care for every patient.

Olivia Fu
RMT, BNurs
Olivia is a multilingual Registered Massage Therapist fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Japanese. With a Bachelor of Nursing from Hong Kong Metropolitan University and an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy from Centennial College, she combines medical knowledge with hands-on care. Olivia specializes in Sports massage, Swedish massage, acupressure, and tuina, focusing on trigger points and muscle tension to relieve pain, promote relaxation, and improve mobility. She tailors each session to individual needs, supporting overall wellness. Outside the clinic, Olivia enjoys fitness, yoga, Pilates, racquet sports, and is happy to chat about cats or favourite dining spots.

Cantonese Speaking Class
Lokus Au, a former professional footballer in the US and Hong Kong, is an NSCA-certified Sports Performance Coach with over 4 years of experience. Holding certifications in TRX Suspension Training, Youth Exercise Specialization, and Senior Fitness, he combines his background as an NCAA scholar-athlete with expert coaching to help clients enhance performance, improve fitness, and prevent injuries.

Renise Cheng
Yoga Instructor
Renise Cheng discovered yoga in 2016 to improve her health and alleviate shoulder pain from office work. What started as a remedy grew into a transformative journey, leading her to pursue certifications in Yin Yang Yoga, Wheel Yoga, and Singing Bowl techniques by 2021. Renise now shares her passion with students of all ages, offering dynamic, grounding classes focused on relaxation, self-discovery, and stepping outside comfort zones, helping students leave each class feeling happier and more balanced.

Cecilia Chan
Yoga Instructor
Cecilia took her first yoga class nearly 20 years ago at a community studio and has been dedicated to her practice ever since, on Ashtanga and Hatha Vinyasa flow. Trained in India in pranayama, asana, and Indian philosophy, she blends traditional yoga wisdom with modern insights to shape her classes. With a focus on breath and movement, Cecilia guides students in cultivating body awareness, nervous system balance, strength, and resilience—all within an inclusive, supportive space where practice becomes an exploration of curiosity and self-discovery. She teaches fluently in both English and Cantonese, welcoming students from diverse backgrounds.

Olive Lin

Sports Performance & Fitness Coach
Mandarin Speaking Class
Olive Lin is a former China Junior National Women’s Basketball Team player with 5+ years of experience in competitive play and youth development. She holds a degree in Sports Training & Nutrition with a minor in Rehabilitation and competed in university-level 3v3 basketball. She has coached and trained athletes aged 6-17 across multiple youth programs in China. Certified in Physical Education, Children’s Physical Fitness, and Basketball Coaching, Olive now focuses on basketball-specific strength & conditioning, jump training, and injury prevention at TRIMOTION, helping young athletes build strength, skill, and confidence.
