Are your healthcare professionals licensed or certified?Yes, all of our healthcare and wellness professionals at TRIMOTION, including Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Sports Performance Coach, Chinese Medicine Practitioners, Acupuncturists, and Yoga Instructors, are fully licensed, certified, and registered with their respective regulatory bodies in Ontario. They are dedicated to providing high-quality Chiropractic Care, Sports Performance Training, Acupuncture, and a range of other wellness services to support your health and well-being.

Do you accept insurance?Yes, we accept direct billing with most insurance providers. Chiropractic, acupuncture, and some other services may be covered under extended health benefits. However, coverage depends on your individual insurance plan. Please check with your provider for specific details.

Do I need a doctor’s referral for the services?No doctor's referral is needed to see our chiropractors, massage therapists, or Chinese Medicine Practitioners. However, some insurance providers may require one to process claims.

What should I bring to my first appointment?Please bring a valid ID, your insurance information, and any relevant medical records. Wear comfortable clothing for assessments or treatment.

How long will each session last?The duration of your session will depend on the type of service you're receiving and your treatment plan. Generally, sessions last between 30 minutes to 1 hour.
